the antenna does come w/ the female end..... and this end does Not go directly into the card, you would still need an orinoco pigtail w/ an n-male end.... from the following page about half way down...

You can look @ what the "N" connectors look like on this page:

and see that there is no way on gods green earth that you are gonna stick a N-female adapter by itself on the end of that card.
