Just a friendly suggestion: Hams tend to be very protective of their frequencies and the usage of those freqs, at least in the US. I can't imagine that they are any less so in Germany. You might get away with it once, maybe twice, but I would bet by the third time there would be all sorts of radio geeks with directional gear outside your place. You're a smart guy, I've seem enough of your posts here to know! If you are going to use the Ham freqs, get a license. :-)
