How is you earthmate working? I'm having problems with mine timing out or saying "port not available". Have you had anything like that?
When it does say "GSP Listening" it's not recording any data.

Haven't had a problem since installing the ubs-serial drivers. It won't work if Street Atlas launched first, and vice versa. But, when NS has it, it works and does not lose connection.
Sometimes it takes a long time to get a signal, sometimes it's ready right away. The drivers chose COM6, adn I set NS for that.
If it says "listening", then the GPS doesn't have a lock yet, on one of it's bad days, it can take several minutes for a lock.
