Mini-stumbler works with a D-Link DCF-660W card in a HP iPaq 2215. Here is what I had to do:

1. Installed the D-link PC2003 driver - minstumbler appeared to work, but was not consistent. There was no D-link wireless utility for the card. I de-installed the PC2003 driver.
2. Installed the D-link PC2002 driver. This also installed the D-Link management utility. Mini-Stumbler operator was flaky - very poor range.
3. Installed the D-Link PC2003 driver on top of the PC2002 driver - used "Repair" function on the install. This kept the D-link management utility and applied the PC2003 driver. Mini-stumbler works good and the range is much better.

The D-link Site Survey Utility does not seem to work at all with either D-Link driver.
