Two things:
Some WEP keys are stored in the registry. It depends on brand, model, etc. You may be able to search through and find it there.

If you do have to reset the AP's the fact that you don't have the passwords isn't that critical. Every AP i've ever seen can be reset to factory defaults in some way. Check the manufacturer's site for the details.
