I have S&t version 2004 (11.00.18.1900) and StreetStumbler version Pre-Release Beta 46. Thats the only one available at your link.

With the following data

N45.4781583,W75.4908850

in the .txt file I import (This is the format that Stumbler creates), I get no matches but if I change the format to

45.4781583,-75.4908850 (this is the format that I enter when you press the find button in S&t 2004 and then goto the lat/long tab)

Then I import and get a the proper match.
