Yea, I doubt you'll find much. What I saw of it, WAP's are not on the top of the priority list. Mainly rogue AP's around tent city so people can hook into the LAN. Those are really frowned upon and shut down ASAP due to the security breech they pose. Besides, stumbling there will likely piss off the others in the HMMWV who would rather you pay attention to your surroundings.

I've put in enough time there to get some time in S. America doing Spec Ops involving non-Arabs. Maybe a few months there will yield some Discovered Networks, among other, official, finds.

As for your problem with NS and your GPS, start by searching these forums for the problem you're having, the model GPS, and the OS. Many, many threads have been run that cover the subject and I'd bet your problem is in there. If not specifically, the main issues we find are the COM settings (make sure 4800 N 8 1). Good luck.
