To answer your question - multicasting and wireless can be done. The network media is irrelevant, what matters is that ip is supported.

Now - if your understanding of networking was as thorough as you'd like to believe, you would know that every network card (both wired and wireless) driver released for use with Microsoft Windows 3.11 or later is an NDIS driver.
