Your question was about NDIS - what you really wanted to know wasn't.
Now - I could be way wrong on this - but I'll chance that.
There really aren't that many NDIS drivers for DOS, because DOS was being phased out as the NDIS spec was coming into it's own.
I have this theory that Symantec, if they chose to, could write Ghost (or GhostCast) to talk to the NDIS API and make it work with any NDIS driver.
The logic behind this theory is that Ghost supports imaging over the USB interface as in you can re-image a disk from a USB based CDROM drive, and there never were USB drivers for DOS. If they can make this happen, then the NDIS driver API is well documented and should be even easier.
