If you need prismheader and you are using weplab-0.0.5 or superior you should not get any seg fault or error. What weplab version are you using
About the time required for bruteforcing a 128-bit key, it is normal. If you read README file you will find a little calculus of the amount of year required.
Perhaps you should better try an FMS if you have captured more than 1.5M packets.
