Did this Dell tech mention if he had permission to connect to said networks? Before you get going be sure to read the forum rules and check out this thread. Another thing that is hot here is spelling and punctuation. Of course if english is not your native language then you may be given some slack. When you get a chance take a read through this thread. And this thread. And you may as well mouse through here as well. And if I recall your card is supported through NDIS 5.1.
