I have a friend who lives in an apartment about 250 feet from my apartment. We want to connect on the same network, but are having the old range issues. I tried purchasing 2 Hawking Hi Gain Antennas with 15d bi, but that didn't appear to help at all. I was wondering if anyone has tried the Cantenna or if that will require line of sight? At this point I have a DLink Router / AP, a Linksys Router / AP, and the 2 high gain antennas. Any help would be appreciated.
