First, please pay attention to where you are posting. You started this thread is NetStumbler.org WiFi Forums > NetStumbler Community > NetStumbler. Your question has nothing to do with NetStumbler, and is about setting up a Hotspot, so it's been moved to that forum.

Your questions show a real lack of concept about the basics of wireless, networks, and security. You may need to get some help.

You should seperate the two networks, by another router at a minimum. Better yet, use a gateway unit to properly seperate the two segements.

Either they have access to the wireless or they don't. WPA is to keep unauthorized people from using the network. Authorized users can connect to the AP.
