Went out last night for about an hour. Damn this GPS is cool, best purchase I've made in awhile. Anyways, here is the link for the mapped area.

Next week, I should have my PC cable for my new Garmin Emap. Got the "Stumbler Special" antenna, and I must say, as everyone else has, it has made quite a difference in number of AP's found. We will get NE Ohio done then! Now all I need is Mapoint!

i knew it! haha, i just went out for the first time down around the south side of cleveland. found 30 APs or so, unfortunaltely i don't have a GPS and didn't bother to log the addresses or anything, but i thought cleveland was devoid of stumblers. i was wrong! any tips for a newbie stumbler? i'm movin to columbus in a couple weeks, so won't be here for long, but it's still interesting to see! was thinkin of goin out around shaker next time out.

yeah, seen doughty twice, actually wearing my doughty shirt right now. he's comin in october, the fifth i believe, at case western. hey, do you know anything about those WAPS with the tsunami SSID? i found a couple of those when i was out as well. one appeared to be at a company called IDT? is tsunami a default name, or is there another reason for them all having the same SSID? they seem to be from diff. vendors, so it's very curious.

EDIT: Further investigation reveals that this is a default Cisco thing, oh well, thought i found something cool for a minute.

EDIT again: damnit, at least one of those is a linksys, it doesn't make any sense!
