Has anyone been able to use the database located at:

I have not seen it up and running as of yet. I have looked at it several times over the past 2 weeks and it remains down for maintenance.

I am interested in finding published Access Points in the Vancouver, Canada area.

Try wigle.net or wifimaps.com.
A good way to threaten somebody is to light a stick of dynamite.
Then you call the guy and hold the burning fuse up to the phone.
"Hear that?" you say. "That's dynamite, baby." -Jack Handey
