Another Mini-truck Setup


No, you don't need to adjust your monitors, that's the color it is. Between the two 8 foot redneck whips, I get 20 and 40 meters, the center one gives me 6, 2, and 440. Of course the modified cell phone antenna gives me 802.11

King, is that color best described as fusche, or mauve?

Just kidding. I wouldn't mind having a setup like that, but I can't seem to justify it to the boss, I mean, wife.

The sad thing is it is actually my truck. I am not married, only have a G/F. The thing's a real chick magnet.
BTW, it takes about 5 minutes to take all the antennas down to fit it in the garage

Glad you asked... Both, the magnet mount holds the LMR down, while the LMR holds the antenna up.
