Dell AXIM & D-Link DCF-660W

I just bought that deal from compusa, the D-Link DCF-660W. I works just fine in my dell axim. I haven't tried ministumbler, but pocket warrior, another wifi sniffer works just fine with the card.

YMMV.

I just had a report of success for the Compaq WL100 driver with the Netgear card... Are you sure you did it properly? And do you know that when it pop you for a Driver you have to tell it to use PRISMNDS.DLL or something like that?

There have been aloth of discussion on all this and I am sure you can find very accurate instruction on how to do this by searching on the forum...

Make sure when prompted for the name of the driver to use that you say "PRISMNDS.DLL" exactly. Also, in pocket warrior I told it to not use the pcap api, it's one of the menu options.

You had issue with the pcap api? From what i know if it work under the pcap it will choose the pcap, else it will fall back under the no pcap mode...
Please let me know if you have any issue... I still did't heard any issue about to last development release...
