I'm up to ....

...811 APs! (and that's only the ones NS can detect!)

Anyone else have a large number?

The first one to 1000 can have any file located here: http://www.computron-usa.com/StumblingFiles/1000aps.htm

Don't bother trying to read what is there...you'll be redirected in 1 sec to the files.

Congrats! (if you beat me to 1000 APs first)

Welp. I tried.

I saw your first post, you had 811.
I merged some recent runs and realized I had 840 - w00t!

Only 160 to go so I made some local runs this weekend (with the usual weekend passengers and destinations.)

But alas, I only bumped it up to 905. Give me til Wednesday and I'm sure to pick up at least another 95.

btw: I already have access to all those files on your server.

No duh...

It was funny though. And I just borrowed your meta-refresh tag for a website I had to update.

1000?

A thousand doesn't seem that impressive if you live in a big city. I live in a town of 50,000 people and have 100 APs after three outings.

Operability....

Does Airsnort work with Proxim's Symphony PC cards by chance?

I haven't seen a response to the NS/Proxim question yet tonight either, maybe you or another can enlighten me on this as well perhaps?

Thank you!

*Proxim user, befuddled and filled with doubt/s*.

My Symphony card appears to not function under NS, it "scans", but no wireless card is found.

Config set to "use any available card" and does not detect the Proxim PC card.
I wonder if Maestro has a conflict with NS, or is it a chipset fault/problem here instead?

Any help is good help!
