Nice setup.

in your software list you list "Software = WinXP/Susu9.1"

Did you mean Suse 9.1? If so did you run into problems with the PMCIA and ACPI?

Thanks

Yea, sorry about that . . . I was typing fast. Actually I'm new to linux and SuSe 9.1 was the only distro I could actually get to work with my PCMCIA cause of averatec's poor support for linux. Redhat, fedora, and mandrake all crapped out on loading PCMCIA, but suse is fine. I haven't stumbled with it yet, i'll let you know how i make out.

Yo Iceburn! I see you live in South Jersey. I'm from Cherry Hill. I found around 50 APs in my neighborhood.

Yea man, i did a ton of research on the laptop before buying it so i know all about the sotec/averatec deal. I personally love the thing to death. I'm a college student and it lives in my bookbag so I didn't want to spend to much on it knowing it would take some abuse. I got it used off ebay used and the thing takes a beating and still rocks. It's small, light, and cheap . . . i'm def happy with my purchase.

Went to the store and paid for it ofcourse,

I'm reading the legalities of it at their site:

http://www.suse.com/us/private/suppo...enses/gpl.html

and it seems like I can legally copy the software and share it, anyone have any experience with this? If I am allowed I would gladly share, but I just gotta check the legality of it. Anyone know?

Or you can get it here. Find a mirror that suits your fancy and go.

Hint: USA is at the bottom of the page.

Nice setup, but your inverter looks like it would work for 5-6 laptops
