New Stumbler (setup)

Hey all,

Just getting into this and wanted to run my stage one setup by you all:

win2k laptop with netstumbler software running.
Orinoco Gold card
Garmin GPS-III Plus w/ PC Connector

Will this work?

I am going to use this setup for checking things around work and in the building. Eventually I might go with an antenna setup to scan farther distances faster.

Your setup should work fine. It is almost the exact same setup I'm using, but I don't have the GPS yet. :-<

Thanks for the reply. I should have all this setup next week. Work is flipping the bill :-)

I picked up 92 netowrks last night in just under two hours of driving. This was just with the software and Orinico card. I have to setup an antenna, I will produce much better numbers.

Setup sounds fine but don't expect the GPS to work
inside the building - awww you probably didn't
exepct it to anyway.
