I'm just outside of Vancouver.

Is there much to find in Longview?

There is a boat load of AP's to find down here.

Microsoft Usability Group

I case some of you don't know...

For you Seattle area folks, Microsoft has a neat program. It is their Usability Research program. Friday the 9th I participated in one of these studies (1.5 hours) and walked away with a nice shiny copy (full release) of Map Point 2004 ($228 on pricewatch)! I am looking forward to being selected for a few more of these because their gratuity selection (hardware & software) is fairly extensive. If you are looking for some new hardware/software and have a bit of time to spare then get signed up!

I am in no way affiliated with Microsoft (other than a MS software user). I just think this is a great deal.

P.S. If you play games you may want to sign up for their "Play Test" program as well.

See, I just have this vision in my head:

MS Test Person: Hi, I'm the nice MS Test Person. This is a word association test to see how well Microsoft is doing in marketing. Say the first thing that comes into your mind when I say a word. Here's the first word: 'Outlook'
WrzWaldo: Worms!

MSTP: Word
WW: Homeboy!

MSTP: Internet
WW: p0rn!

MSTP: Operating System
WW: Linux!

The nice MS Test Person presses a Big Red Button and WW's seat disappears into the floor.

I'm in Gig Harbor Washington. I checked WiFiMaps.com and the city hasn't been touched. It's time for a wardrive rally. Is anyone interested in getting together? I have no idea how to set one up. Any suggestions would be great.
