Other than jamming the competition at the defcon wardriving contest, seems like one of these would be a nifty thing to have when renting a car that tracks your speed and charges you for speeding...

GPS Jamming near Pentagon - Other sites?

I've wondered if the U.S. jams GPS near certain sensitive locations. I think there is some significant jamming near the Pentagon... radio signals crap out... no GPS lock... etc.

Anyone have definitive info on this?

Angry GPS being jammed by junk consumer electronics

GPS JAMMING TRACED TO TV ANTENNA PREAMPLIFIERS

It was a mariner's nightmare at times in Monterey Bay's Moss Landing
Harbor when unwanted interference effectively rendered global positioning
system receivers useless for hours at a time. Local engineers, sometimes
assisted by federal authorities, launch a furtive search for the source of
the jamming, ultimately locating three almost identical VHF/UHF television
amplifiers with built-in preamplifiers. (GPS World via CGC Communicator)

I've never experienced this and I've driven past the Pentagon frequently. GPS is not necessary to find the Pentagon given the availability of commercially available georeferenced satellite photos and other data sources. They may be jamming other signals around that frequency.
