Linux has it's place, which is on pretty damn near anything with a processor. The one thing I really like about Apple and OSX, is it just works. That's the cool part about a company controlling the hardware as well as the os. None of the driver bullshit I have to go through just to play a freaking game on my windows machine. Yep, I actually have a windows machine in my house, two of them actually. One is my gameing rig, and one is my wife's library computer. The other eight computers are a mix of *nix based machines. Hell my handheld runs linux. Returned the Axim, by the way. Now I rember why I dropped Windows ce in the first place.

LOL, well, I'm in the state of Idaho right now, and have an upcoming trip to Kuwait. We'll see how many shittonnes I can come up with. Still haven't had any European destinations this year, but will be passing through AMS on the KWI trip.

Just wanted to let ya'll know I'm still around.

Yeahhhh, rriiiigggghhhtttt. Back when my GPSD was broken before the days of GPSD_old enlightenment that accusation would have been accurate. No more. Now I can get 20,000 networks into one set of CSV, XML, and GPS files easy. Sure it might be 500 mb but it just one set.
