(this is a matter of opinion, but...)
it's even easier to edit using visual studio (6.0 or 7.0), as Marius has conviently placed it within a string table. hell a free windows executable resource editor will work just as nicely, without having to worry about accidently overwriting other data. |

Indeed Resource Hacker and UltraEdit 32 are awesome tools.
