I was wondering about that - the screenshot provided has a list of SSIDs, but the code itself seems to have the same coordinates for each SSID. But then again, I haven't tried it. The better thing to do like what ns04speech.vbs does - add them to a list, then when OnScanComplete occurs, dump them all out.

Also, it seemed unusual that you were defining all those Styles when you're only using MainB. Gotta use those capability flags...

I'm tempted to merge this into the ns04master series, if you don't mind. Credit to you, but there should be parameters for prepend/append code (so you can change color/font/bold/italic/etc. and add descriptive text to your liking depending on CapFlags). The question is, should it be named "ns04virtualdub.vbs" or "ns04subtitle.vbs" or "ns04substationalpha.vbs" or ... ?

As to adding it to your own package... I'm honored, but I need clarification - am I still the developer? Or are you going to further it?

You mentioned coordinates... there aren't any! I don't have a GPS - that was the whole point of making it ^_^

The styles are because I was doing a rush job, and copied them directly from the VDub Subtitler sample .vss (subtitle) file.

I would like to continue developing it _with_ you, so long as I retain the original creation dealy. Not to be... I dunno... selfish or whatever, but I do feel a sense of pride ^_^

Let me know

Anyone is able to contribute/develop; if you're active then I'll wait until you've slowed down or stopped. I'd just been consolidating since it seemed like a good idea and the Mappoint/speech stuff seemed to have idled and was pretty messy and I wanted to add numerous features to it. FWIW, I've got lots of work in the upcoming weeks: they finally hired a coworker for me, they said he'd start the 17th, and I found out today he's starting the 10th. I'm not ready for him, so I hope he doesn't mind "trial by fire". Lots of training and catch-up, but I digress... so I'll leave this alone for a while, but perhaps submit suggestions.

Uh, screen coordinates. See page 9 of "ass-specs.doc" (Space Station Alpha specs): MarginL, MarginR, MarginV. OTOH, I see "All zeroes means the default margins defined by the style are used." so maybe it isn't like I thought.

As I suspected. Just ribbing you, sorry.

Not a problem. What I'd like to request is that you look at the Master Script files and look at producing something like it. Add a "const UseSubStation=True" setting and section into the top of your script with some variables (similar to ns04settings.vbs), and add calls that redirect OnScanResult to OnSubStationScanResult to your code. What I'd then do with the next Master Script release is have it able to read in your script if UseSubStation is true: read the whole script into a variable, chop off the "left" part up to a known header (e.g. "'Start of script", perhaps the UseSubStation value could be the line number to start on) to avoid redefining consts and variables, and just distribute with a pointer to this thread for the latest edition.

The format can handle sounds, so I'm thinking that UseSubtitler isn't adequately forward thinking, but I hope that SubStation rather than SubStationAlpha isn't too abbreviated, hmm...

It all sounds good ^_^ I'm not quite sure what you're talking about with your job (I'm a senior in high school), but yes, anyone who wants to convert it and maintain it is all good with me

I'll try to get mine to work with the master script, we'll have to see - I'm pretty busy with school work. Thanks for enjoying my script, and I'm glad it came of some use to somebody, hehe.

Or if your run into Chris and the Schtupfrau...

The original concept seems cool, too.
