MapPoint 2002 or ? for Real Time Update
Hi, I've been checking out all the posts on using Net Stumbler with Map Point 2002.....which from a couple of posts sounds expensive.
Might I ask how much you paid for it and where you got it ? None of the shops around here carry it. Do you know if any other Map programs....commericla or open source can support a live update like this ? Thanks MrSpoon |

Mappoint 2002 goes for about $250.00 Retail.
I myself paid nothing for my copy, as it was included in my Companies MSDN Universial Subscription. ![]() If you are a student, MS offers MP2002 for a much lower price (Something like $150.00 or less) |

Typical, my company doesn't want to pay for an MSDN subscription. They happily insist we use Microsoft products, but we dont have any support contracts or anything.
Any other map programs that support real time api's or some method of updating on the fly ? Other than writing my own.....which I'll do if I have to. Thanks MrSpoon |
