Hi !
This is a little hack that I use to get the data, NetStumbler provides when it has found an AP, into my VB Code. I like VB much more than VBScript and so that was what I needed. ![]() NSGDH stands for NetStumblerGetDataHack. BTW: I know that this method is bad, but I could not find out in my precious sparetime, how to do DDE or named pipes or anything like that in VBS. Another idea was to open a TcpSocket in VBS, but the connection could not properly be established and finaly I was fed up and did it that way and it works fine for me. Just wanted to share cause I'm a big fan of NetStumbler and want to support the community. So if you think "boy, that guy did a f*cking code...n00b!", just delete it and keep on smiling ![]() Otherwise I'm happy that I could help. Last edited by buhhmann : 11-28-2004 at 04:52 AM.
