only 1 AP scans when using external scripting

Hi All,
WHen I am including an external script (using VBScript), the net stumbler when scanning gives only one access point information. Normally when I dont add the external script. It gives many access points that are in my range.
Can any one tell me why?

Not with the current level of information you are giving...
Could be something wrong in the script you are running, could be sunspots, could be the iluminati, could be that the other AP's are switched of...

The other AP's could know when you are running the script and be wearing tinfoil hats just to fuck with you.

But seriously...

If you take level 42 and sum 41 that should give you a rough idea of the filter required to compensate for the NIN induced by the script. It has also been found that if someone around 3 doors down is running an AP that utilizes the reversi sign regen mode that this problem may occur. I was doing some wardriving up near BC a while back and had picked up some of them foreigner AP's and it took a special tool attached to my antenna to determine if they were WEP enabled or not. One time my friend Gary Hoey put a clothes pin on his antenna coax to squeeze it just enough to cause a venturi effect and extend the reception range but I wouldnt rush out and try this as it damaged his card and he is now in dire straits as he can no longer wardrive.

That's why I love this forum. The level of technical detail is just right for the skill level of the folks here. This keeps the script kiddies from getting into anything too dangerous where they could damage equipment or suffer serious injury.

You forgot about the front 242 and prodigy modules that can be encapsulated into the technotronic interface. The KLF interface, however, can accept both of these as well as all manner of orbital modules. Just pop in the CKY piece and the interface will give you a pop-up window that says "YES"...
