How about a download link only mentioned in the sourcecode for the download page?

I'd like a menu link entitled "Connection Problems? Report them!" pointing directly from the program to the forums, and for it to open up a post blank with the title "My card is unsupported, and I'm really n00bish. I didn't read the FAQ and I dont think I ever will. Now here's what I have to say to prove my point:"

Also, a beverage holder. And a clock, and an AM/FM radio.

I'd rather see NS 0.5.0 come with a satelite radio decoder, both Sirius & XM.

Exclamation Hmm wish list ....

I would like to see a NetStumbler - Aircrack hybrid so you would have a Sniffer and a Cracker in one piece of software, also I would like to see more on board WiFi card compatiblity (Specificly for the Acer 3023 hehehe). At least this way I wouldn't have to switch between to pieces of software to test networks I setup and buy seperate cards for the job lol.

NS is now a sniffer?

Do you really do that much 'testing' of your 'own' network that you feel that it would be that much of a performance boost? If you answer, yes, you're lying.

Sniffer (not right term obviously) as says in my name Wardriving n00b, but I setup mass networks using Mesh boxs and other wireless and wired means, but I do feel it could increse preformance as well as testing how secure networks are that I have set up.

I have tried using this software and bluntly I dont like it, but it would be useful to have an inbuilt cracke.

Well, if the software that exists out there doesn't meet your needs, the next logical step is to start working on it yourself, or donate lots of money to existing software and hope they add your feature requests (see Donate link in my signature).

Since we're daydreaming [nightmares?], it would be useful to have a merge function that output the difference between merged lists.

I wouldnt mind a click on ssid to conect (previously stated) however I dont see this happening simply becouse of wireless laws, Something on how searching and logging wireless connections is OK, but connecting to a private network is not. I wouldnt mind attempting writting a plugin for the current version though.
