Young whippersnappers! Why when I was a young hacker, I'd have to walk barefoot in the snow to the Machine Room. Uphill, too! Yessiree Bob!

Brings back memories. Our IIe exploded the ram. We replaced it, then the monitor died.

Funny... I thought the local Dollar Tree (formerly $.98 Store) was using this exclusively just in their location... apparently this SSID is standard though. Our local one has two APs under this SSID, I'd guess set up for scanners/POS systems.

Definately not local. I found about 40 of them, both with and without WEP. Some of them had both secure and insecure APs in the same store. I am trying to find out if they provide internet access, or if these ones are just mistakes.

Dude! That was my 1st computer!!! Man, those were the days.... no actual sound, just beeps and that whole 8mb of RAM! What a powerhouse........ back then, LOL

Damn, now I got more than that 486dx2 in the palm of my hand..... but that was still the good ole days...... before hackers got a bad rap and when no one had to worry about updating their anti-virus..

Down the road from me there used to be a net with BSSID:
HELLO WARDRIVERS

Mine, on the other hand, is:
MAKE LOVE NOT WARDRIVE

I've also recently found:
Feel Free to Leach

and today:
Phil is Gay

In every case, WEP is on.

I've seen dozens of variations on that theme and for some juvenile reason it always makes me laugh...

And on a side note - You have not lived unless you have played the original Adventure game, or Star Trek, on a Zerox Sigma 5 . . . .
