Nope!
It looks like an Orinoco card but you'll see that it not only does NOT work with Netstumbler yet but that it also doesn't work with the Lucent drivers. Bleah! Oh, won't go promiscious either. Get an Orinoco card like I did (have a damned DLink too!) and you'll be happier. the drivers for the Vaio card stink too IMO - who needs th ecutesy flashy garbage? Give me info Sony!

And more suckey news
Sony reports:
a.) We, as a policy, do not give out who makes our hardware. b.) The drivers are propriatary, and the WEP on the client only supporst 5 chr WEP keys... and only works with our AccessPoints. So... for sale: one Sony AP and one sony wireless 802.11b card. |
