Where's the BOING?!
WTF, if I use one of my laptops Netstumbler BOINGS whenever it hits a new WAP. With my IBM running WIN95 it NEVER boings. The WAV is an internal reosource isn't it? Am I missing somehting? there's no option for it and I haven't seen it listed as an event so... what's up? I've switched to a lsightly older version of 'Stumbler but still no joy. Also, under WIN95 when I click on an NS1 file I get Netstumbler (associated correctly) but I also get a dialog bitching about there being a compnonet missing. Any ideas? Launching it "correctly" I get no dialog! Very weird. I'll upgrade thi sthing to WIN98 if that will help but I'd prefer to leave it alone and WIN2K, with only about 48meg of memory, is probably a BIG no-go on this box :-)
