The firmware in APs today filters out weak(interesting) packets. You should try Aircrack which deploys a different method of attack and is more efficient.

The new version of AirSnort does not need weak IV packets. It uses the new attacks from Devine and Korek.

Because the manufacturers of wireless products block the week IV packets in the newer firmwares. If you really want to collect week IV packets, install very old firmware, if it is available. The newer attacks do not need the week IV (Interesting) packets, you only need encrypted packets.

I was assuming this was true and it would find encrypted packets, which it found 0

Now again, I am running AiroDump and its scanning, I put 4gb over it, 67,000 Packets and 0 IVs.... Maybe its my driver?
