The new version of AirSnort does not need weak IV packets. It uses the new attacks from Devine and Korek.

Because the manufacturers of wireless products block the week IV packets in the newer firmwares. If you really want to collect week IV packets, install very old firmware, if it is available. The newer attacks do not need the week IV (Interesting) packets, you only need encrypted packets.
