apgui.cpl
Just found this control panel applet in the C:\Documents and Settings\username but it has a 0byte size so it seems like a place holder. Saw references to it all over but all said the same thing that it is the 802.11 Monitor. It does not show in the control panel or the Windows Computer Management Tools and typing it into the Command Line does nothing.
Anybody got a clue? XP Pro

".cpl" is a filename extension for a control panel icon in Windows. Have you recently removed any programs that installed an icon into the control panel? It should be pretty safe to delete.
