And search, moron
lol, you don't even get it, do you?
The hash, or whatever, I've posted ISN'T a captured WEP using Airsnort, Kismet or whatever you might prefer using, it's an encrypted WEP in an INI file for the Intel ProSet program (which is Intel's manager program for selecting accesspoints for their wifi cards, might as well say this now before you start getting it all wrong.. again)

It's still a 128bit key, and in ASCII it's equal to "1201014921888".

Any idea of the encryption used?
RC-4? Rijndael? The Ancient Mesopotamian Hypotonuse Hyperbole Method?

@ Rpr, well, why didn't you say?

Going back to your oringinal question "Anyone know of a software that decodes the WEP keys stored by Intel Proset?"

Yeah, it's an Intel provided program, goes by the name of Proset.

Look at bobzilla's PERL scripts.

Doesn't seem to be any of the algorithms he has stuffed into the perl file. The resulting key is way off:

perl wep.pl 1201014921888

Converting ASCII string '1201014921888' to hexadecimal
using common wifi driver algorithms.

40 bit Prism II (D-Link, Apple)
key 0: dd 6d ce 29 90
key 1: 29 63 53 9d a0
key 2: 5f 7a 13 bc d6
key 3: f6 3a af 02 a9

104 bit Prism II (D-Link, Apple)
e37f30412ccbe5fdb8d0795ba930757b
or for apple:
e37f30412ccbe5fdb8d0795ba9

40 bit Hermes (Orinoco)
3132303130

104 bit Hermes (Orinoco)
31323031303134393231

Thanks anyway

I've got a D-Link DWL-120+ with the TI-ACx100 chip that is supposedly capable of 256 bit encryption. Maybe that's what your card is using.

Nop, it's a Intel Pro 2100 B3 mini-pci, and it only does 128bit
