Japan map program to map AP's

I live in Japan. And I want to have some way to record where I find the AP's I find. Most programs dont have maps of Japan because the streets aren't labled and such. Any body have any suggestions. I am mainly looking for the Misawa area and surronding cities.

Barring better suggestions...

If you're willing to put forth some effort locating or creating maps, there's a Step-by-step guide for making DiGLE/JiGLE compatible mappacks, via GPSVisualizer.com. But I haven't used DiGLE or JiGLE enough to know their plotting capabilities.

If you have a local map you could scan you can do it with Expert GPS.
