Dutch, you got your wish. The default is now to colorize waypoints as you suggested. (I assume red=open and green=secure is sort of the "standard" way of doing it?) Of course, it can be turned off.

I've also enabled resizing by SNR by default, but only on the special "wifi" form.

Try these new features out and let me know how they work before I unleash it on the rest of these forums...

Short version:
It was absof#ckinbrilliant, and it just gets better for each option you add...

Long version:
It is so great I'm almost prepared to undergo a sexchange operation and have a child by you .

One item, which I'm not sure you can do anything about, is that when I have several AP's at the same or almost same location (such as in apartement building areas, where people on the ground, 1'st and second floor might have an AP running), then the waypoint name when displayed overlaps.. Is it possible for gpsvisualizer to show those waypointnames non-overlapped ?

Just my 0.02€'s worth...

I simply drag the waypoint names to one side and let it draw a little line. Sure, it's more work that getting the software to do it, but, I can get it how I like it.

That's a lot of good work, Adam. Like Thorn mentioned the other day, if you want to get a post together announcing that GPS Visualizer now supports ns1 files and maybe list the basic features, point to some type of FAQ's or user instructions we can make it a 'sticky' post and maybe even find it a spot in the FAQ's here.

Great work!

No, it's not, but as "The Others" pointed out, you can just move the overlapping labels off to the side. You can even "save your work" by clicking on the little disk icon that appears when you move stuff.
