This may be redundant (and sorry if it is) but I would love to be able to make any unauthorized MAC/IP be redirected to a web server on my wifi network. Lets say someone connects up, they try and go to http://www.Netstumbler.com, I want any http requests to simply go to a page on a server on my internal LAN. Any ideas?

FYI, the beta version of 0.6.4 has worked very good so far. I have tested it and I received the email when a new address is noticed. The net send function works as well plus the .wav file play out too. Great tool to add to your wifi bag of tricks...
Have a happy new year.. /JS

DigitalMDX, have you released the program you made, that when you connect to your access point it automatically logs you into your yahoo/msn? I was interested in that, like can I set it to Seattlewireless as the SSID and it will do that when im in seattle. More info would be great!

You might think about using the SSID of "ANY" if your around a lot of different "free" hot spots and not just the Seattle Wireless, you just have to be aware that you may end up connecting to an "open" AP, such as one set with all the defaults and not really meaning to be a free hot spot. Thanks, Jay |
