Kismac mapping question!
Hello,
I have just bought a garmin etrex venture, and now want to use it with Kismac. I am having problems on how to upload a map onto kismac. Could somebody please tell me where i can download compatable maps and how I upload them. Also, is their a certain image format they have to be? Thank you all for all your help and time. __________________________________________________ __________________ coming soon... war-driving.co.uk |

It will download maps from terraserver, and whatnot. You can also give it a jepg and calibrate it to use. I scanned in the maps from the phone book and stitched them together in photoshop, then calibrated the map. Works pretty good for me. All the online mapping is waaaay old for this area.
