No, you cannot run netstumbler on os x.
netstumbler is not a unix program. even if netstumbler was a unix program, it is not completely true that you can run unix programs in os x, this is a shaky issure, and if you don't have enough experience to know this, you wouldn't be able to get a unix program to run. If you are looking for a unix/linux program, look at kismet (www.kismetwireless.net)
