aircrack-ptw
Some stats from some recent testing:

I have been playing around with clientless WEP cracking using the fragmentation attack of aircrack-ng.

aircrack-ng proper has required anywhere from 700,000 to 2+ million packets for 128 bit WEP.

aircrack-ptw took 40,384 packets (about 2 minutes of injection) and found the key in less than 10 seconds.

Render and I had a discussion the other night about putting aircrack-ptw on a WRT...has anyone tried it yet? If not, another project to add to the list.

Already done, although on dd-wrt on a La Fonera (Atheros based using madwifi, so trying to get airreplay on it too, in order to inject and dump on the same device. Just need to get madwifi patched first). I haven't gotten a working openwrt toolchain at the moment, but if you want the aircrack-ptw.ipkg I'm testing on the La Fonera just holler. It should work on a White Russian 0.9 WRT-54G/GS as well.

My stats are about the same, it just depends on how fast you can get the traffic and a bit of luck.

Now, trying to get clients to realize that WEP is useless and to mandate it's exile, that's another trick to accomplish
