Aireplay not working as expected

Alright, first.. yes I am new to this but I'm fairly familiar with linux and will hopefuly understand people's help. I've done some googling as well as searching the forum but I can't really find a straight answer to my problem.

So.. heres what happens. I follow the WEP flash video replacing all of the values that I need to replace.. and when it comes to the second aireplay part in which you use the -3 switch, I don't get any ARP requests, as in, it states "0 ARP Requests." I've waited for about 30 minutes and noticed that about one or two came up, but nothing more. The previous step involving the -1 switch completed as expected like in the video. What could be wrong? I am going off of a low signal (10-20 pwr), but I have used signals lower than this without encryption which seemed fine for everything else. I'm using a DWL-G520 with (noted in the documentation for a cheaper but working Atheros pci card), and I honestly have no idea what to do. There are a few access points with WEP on them, and they all seem to have the same problem of not coming up with the ARP requests to generate IV's.

I also had a question in relation to unbroadcasted SSID's resulting in me not being able to use them.. how would I go about the same process as in the video with no SSID to go with?

Any help is greatly appreciated (I am a rookie in need).

First - you say him he’s a criminal cause he’s using a tool programmed by yourself to access a WEP encrypted wirelss LAN…so what did you do with the not encrypted one?you said it!

1a. Dutch didn't write any tool to access WEP enabled WLANs.

1b. While such tools are discussed on this board, we do NOT condone illegal activites. This is stated over and over. It is accepted that people here will attempt to break their own encryption if they want to test security. To break into another system is illegal, and not acceptable.

You are suffering under the common delusion that people here in general, and Dutch in particular, are not capable of social interaction on a person to person basis. You seem to have fallen victim to myth that technologists are social outcasts incapable of the simplest of personal interactions except through the meduim of of computers and the Internet.
