JimmyPopAli - Can you expand on what Mike meant by "support for prepended pcap data (prism2 and orinoco)".
I looked at the Kismet website and cannot find the list of changes. I went through all of the links including the forum links and cannot find anything. Please point me in the proper direction. Thanks! ![]()

if you're using an orinoco card with snax's patch that lets it do rfmon mode, then you can run kismet like this:
first make sure the eth<n> interface is up and kismet is configured (cardtype=orinoco, and interface=eth<n>) then just run: kismet_monitor -H; kimset; kismet_unmonitor that will set monitor mode and start kismet_hopper (-H), run kismet, and unset monitor mode when you exist kismet. |
