Post Linux Distro for 486?
Hello everybody, I would just like to ask if any of you have experience with linux on a 486 laptop. Such as what distribution you used, how you configured it and such. I'm kind of a bargain stumbler so I'm working with a $50 laptop and $30 actiontec card. Not bad I would say... Anyway post your suggestions.

I would say go Debian, it allows for a minimal install so you don't need all the extra junk and apt-get is awesome.

Also you may try Mandrake because they also have a minimal install.
