Linux Red Hat 7.3

I can't seem to get the drivers to work on linux. I have a Linksys wpc11 and I downloaded the drivers from the linksys site. I try to install them but I must be doing something wrong. I am new to linux. All help is appreciated.

You are going to have to be more specific than they "don't work" ... please come back with full system error messages, and all steps you took to get thus far.

I am using the rpm command. I type rpm -i then the file name. ex. rpm -i linux-wlan-ng-0.1.14-pre1.tar.gz . I get an error
saying read manifest failed:success

Don't know what this means like I said I'm new to linux.

hmm... I can see that you are NEW to linux, really new :-) Try reading at least one book on linux first

redhat linux unleashed maybe? I have one here for slackware, and its pretty good.
