Free Hotspot in Downtown Los Angeles
Hey everyone,
This is just to let anyone in the Los Angeles area know that we have made available public WiFi access for anyone in close proximity to our AP. It is located on the corner of 2nd and Main, right in front of city hall. If you ever need to check your email or browse the web, feel free to log on -- the SSID is www.DailyWireless.com and there is no WEP. The AP is on a high speed connection directly linked to several of the country's largest fiber-optic backbones. You can check out our site at www.DailyWireless.com. Hope this is usefull for someone -- internet access should be free! Cheers -john

Hi John,
Thanks for the info about the access availability in LA. I was able to get www.dailywireless.com with a 3 out of 5 signal, but my browser was unable to connect. I'm using Windows XP and was wondering if there are additional connection settings that I must enter prior to gaining wireless access. If not, it must be the signal, right? Thanks in advance, Zzvelik |
