Thanks. I'm not a truck driver. But I have made my share of long haul drives. Have to say I love stopping at truck stops though. Tons of people, well lit, and usually a decent candy bar isle or a good burger.

Oh, but I am.....

Lemme just say I have visited the Flying J at exit 1 on the Georgia side of the border no less than 25 times.

For a long time it was free internet at (some) the Flying J's, but I think it was just a config error. Most now are pay to surf.... bastards.

Amazingly there are alot of hits on NS on that trip, sometimes in the middle of no where. I did find out that some of the farmers use WiFi in their tractors..... surfing while plowing I guess.

I see this thread is getting a little old but I thought I would update you on www.truckinwifi.com. Seeing as this is my site and was glad to see it referenced. I moved site to a new server recently and have made lots of updates including a new hotspot search page. Just launched a forum and a blog. Hope you enjoy.
