Ok here's an idea. I know it sounds off the wall but stick with me here. We need to develop a substrate that's capable of retaining a material that is formed in such a manner that it selectively reflects and absorbs wavelengths of light, in the visible spectrum, in a predetermined pattern.....
I'll check with NASA to see if they have any ideas, if someone else knows of something let me know.

Oh my gosh... Someone else suggesting the idea of a common open SSID naming scheme...
