hp iPAQ hx4700 pocket pc

Getting one of these soon.
Just wondering if the internal WLAN is supported by Net Stumbler.
I have not been able to find out what chip set its using either.

Any ideas ?

You'll probably be the first to find out. These things are neeeewww. If it is the same radio as the 5500 series it may work depending on the firmware.

I have an hx 4700 too and would like to monitor my WLAN and see if there are some other in the neighborhood.

Any ideas if ministumbler will work on my hx4700 ???

I searched the forum. But the software mentioned was told, that it doesn't work with the new hx4700.
In the meantime a got an additional info: pocketwinc 2.0.

I downloaded and installed it: A great program, seamless running on my HX 4700 and all the things on board, what I need and was looking for.

I'll agree with you there. Outstanding program. I couldn't imagian my ipaq without it.
