Question Bwmachak

I am trying to change the mac on my orinoco classic gold card using bwmachak. I have tried every possible combination i can think of, and can't get it to work. OS is win2k-pro. From cmd at the prompt i type "bwmachak.exe 00087493C233>Enter" (I don't get any errors or messages of any kind) Remove orinoco, reinsert orinoco, run ipconfig /all. The config shows the same old mac address. Can anyone help me find out what i'm doing wrong?
Thanks in advance

Use regedit.

Find the correct entry and export it call it oldmac.reg. Then edit it with notepad to the MAC you want and save as newmac.reg. Now when you want to flip back and forth just double click on the appropriate file.

Thanks, i'll give it a try. The only problem is that i can't find it in the registry.
I've tried all the directions using regedit, and can't locate the address in the registry. Am i doing something wrong with bwmachak?
Thanks again

There is a thread here someplace that describes locating the key in the registry I just don't remember where it is. I'll look in a bit when I am not as busy. I know nothing about bwmachak.

Edit: This may do it. Method 2.

Sorry, but nothing I did in the registry (even followed the directions you gave) worked, the "network address" nor anything closely resembling the mac could be found in my registry. So after some searching I found a gui tool called macmakeup, and it works like a charm . Thanks for all the help.
